Hair is just the beginning —
what we do is build confidence, culture, and community.

At Aria’s Hair Love Society, we educate and empower our community by closing the natural hair care knowledge gap. Through hands-on workshops, curated resources, and advocacy, we help kinky curly individuals, especially Black girls and women, embrace their natural textures with pride.

What We Do

Three young Black girls sit at a table coloring and doing arts and crafts, while a woman gently assists one of them with her hair. The girls wear colorful outfits and have various braided hairstyles. Art supplies, coloring books, and stickers are spread out on the table, with other adults seated in the background of a community room. Community event or workshop.

Educate through hands-on workshops, pop-ups, school programs, and digital tools

A smiling young Black girl sits in front of three women who are helping tie a red bandana around her hair. One woman gently adjusts the knot while another offers support, and a third watches lovingly. The setting is warm and homey, with a book-filled shelf in the background and a sense of multigenerational care and bonding. This is what we do

Empower parents, stylists, and individuals with mentorship and expert guidance

A young Black girl smiles while showing off a braided hairstyle featuring intricate cornrows with a heart design on the side. Her hair is adorned with white and blue beads, and the top is secured with large blue barrettes. She wears a striped hoodie and is seated indoors in a community setting with chairs and people in the background.

Embrace natural textures and heritage through storytelling and hair equity advocacy push for inclusive beauty standards and greater representation for textured hair in all spaces
